Terms and Conditions for Online Appointment Bookings – Balanced Body Works

Welcome to LG Bodyworks (Balanced Body Works). These Terms and Conditions apply to all online bookings made through our website, lgbodyworks.com or balancedbodyworks.co.uk. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Appointments

• All appointments can be booked online through our website.

• Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details.

2. Payment

• Payments for appointments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.

• To cancel or reschedule, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

4. No-Shows

• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full appointment fee will be charged. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

5. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refund will be issued.

6. Liability

• Balanced Body Works is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during or as a result of treatment, except where this is due to negligence or breach of duty by our practitioners.

• You must inform your therapist of any health issues, allergies, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored by us.

8. Changes to Terms

• Balanced Body Works reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of posting.
